SCOTT MACGREGOR
Owner, CEO
Scott MacGregor is Chairman and President of TrackCore, Inc. Scott joined TrackCore in 2006, heading up strategic advisory and corporate financial activities. Prior to TrackCore, Scott gained 25 years of experience in corporate banking, accounting and served as president of a construction materials company.

Scott holds a BA from Western Michigan University with concentrations in accounting and finance. Scott is actively involved in numerous philanthropic efforts as well as community involvement activities such as former Board Chairman of Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids, Inc.
ROSS MACGREGOR
Vice President Sales and New Business Development
Ross joined TrackCore in 2011 in the sales division. Ross began his career in global supply chain management at Steelcase, Inc. and then later General Motors. Ross holds a BA from Western Michigan University in Supply Chain Management.
JESSE LIEBLER
Vice President of Strategic Accounts
Jesse joined the TrackCore team in 2013 as a Training & Implementation Specialist. Prior to joining TrackCore, Jesse spent five years implementing various SaaS and RFID solutions for Stanley Healthcare. Jesse holds a BS from Ferris State University with a major in Business Management
and Supervision.
COURTNEY MACGREGOR
Director of Marketing and Employee Relations
Courtney joined the TrackCore team in 2014 as Director of Marketing. Prior to joining TrackCore Courtney worked in Marketing for Steelcase, Inc. for four years.

Courtney graduated from Davenport University with a Bachelors in Marketing.

BRENT MARING
Vice President Customer Operations
Brent is the Vice President of Customer Operations for TrackCore. Brent joined TrackCore in 2004 and currently oversees the project management team, the training and implementation team as well as the customer support team.

JAMIE LIEBLER
Project Manager
Jamie is the Project Manager at TrackCore. Jamie has been with TrackCore since 2015 and currently facilitates implementation and integration project plans and oversight of the daily project management team task load.

AMBER BREMMER
Project Manager
Amber is the Project Manager at TrackCore. Amber has been with TrackCore since 2017 and currently monitors and facilitates implementation and integration project plans and schedules with customers.

FALLON JONES
Project Manager
Fallon is a project manager with TrackCore and joined the team in 2021. Fallon will work closely with the internal team and clients to help with the integral tasks, communication, and timeline to make for a successful implementation.
​
Fallon has 16 years of IT experience with software support and implementation predominantly in the health care industry. Formerly worked at Cape Fear Valley Hospital for 12 years, starting as an Application Analyst working with both Cerner and Epic and then later advanced to the Ambulatory IT Director.
​
Fallon graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors in Business Technical Support and Training. She is also a loving mother to three kids.

VICTORIA ESPINOZA
Project Manager
Victoria is a project manager with TrackCore and joined the team in 2021. Victoria works closely with the internal team and customers on integral tasks related to the implementation of TrackCore and other integrations while ensuring timelines and goals are met for a successful project.
SHELLY MANDELKO
Project Manager
Shelly is a project manager with TrackCore and joined the team in 2024. Shelly will leave entire teams, define project goals, communicate with stakeholders, and see the project through to closure.

Shelly has 17 years of project management experience within the health care industry. Known for a passion for working with healthcare professionals and hospital administration to improve quality patient outcomes implementing software and healthcare solutions consulting.
​
Shelly graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a licensed Registered Nurse, she is also a Certified Project Management Professional.
JOSHUA PIERCE
Manager of Customer Support
Josh is the Manager of our Customer Support Team. He joined TrackCore in 2018 as a Customer Support Specialist. Josh has over 12 years of direct patient care experience along with over a decade of customer service experience.

CTO
James Casavant is the Chief Technology Officer at TrackCore, Inc. James started programming at the age of twelve and has over 20 years of professional experience developing software application in the automotive, entertainment and healthcare industries. James joined TrackCore in 2003 and has been an integral part in the innovation of the company’s products.

James holds a Bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College and a Masters degree from Wayne State University. James is fascinated by bleeding edge technology from virtual reality, to RFID and the Internet of Things.
JOHN WELLER
Chief Information Security Officer
John Weller is the CISO of TrackCore. With over 30 years of IT experience, John has held a variety of positions including software developer, IT auditor and CISO at a mid-sized hospital. John is intimately familiar with HIPAA regulations and is committed to protecting customer healthcare data.

BRUCE RINGSTROM
VP of Software Development
Bruce Ringstrom is the Vice President of Software Development at TrackCore. Bruce began at TrackCore in 2007 and now coordinates and directs new product features and development for the TrackCore Software.

KEVIN HEERINGA
Development Manager
Kevin joined TrackCore in 2014 and currently serves as the Development Manager. Kevin oversees daily operations of the development team to ensure a solid end product from design to deliverable.

Kevin holds a bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University with a major in Computer Science and brings over 10 years of professional software experience to the team.

TONIA PARKHURST
Technical Operations Manager
Tonia is in charge of the TechOps team at TrackCore. The goal of this team is to provide cost effective and reliable compliance solutions, software support and problem solving to our customers both internal and external. The team does this by making the best use of available technology to achieve optimal workflow efficiency, location independence, and cyber security.

Tonia started at TrackCore in 2013 and has over
18 years of database application design, troubleshooting and system administration experience.
